Your initial email signature is created by the IT Department and must be applied to all external messages. Please do not to modify your email signature without prior approval from the IT Department. Your email signature is an important part of our organization’s professional branding and compliance requirements. Any changes should be made following the below email signature guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all communications.
