Using your web browser, go to Gustlaw.login-us.mimecast.com. Log in using your full email address and network password.

After successfully logging in, choose the portal you want to open.

The Personal on Hold page will appear. From this menu, you can select one, or multiple messages, and choose to Release, Delete, Permit or Block, as necessary.
