Mimecast Outlook Plugin

Mimecast for Outlook allows you to gain access to your Mimecast services by using the Mimecast ribbon.  To check On Hold Messages:  

Step 1. Click on the On Hold Messages tab in Outlook.

Step 2. Choose Personal On Hold.

Step 3. Select one or more messages.

Step 4. Choose from the following:

                   a. Reject icon. A popup menu is displayed with the rejection options

                  b. Release icon. A popup menu is displayed with the release options.
